Returns and Refunds Policy

Clear information to help you shop and choose fulfillment with confidence.

Last updated

We want customers to receive the correct products in acceptable condition. Return and refund eligibility depends on the product type, condition, timing, proof of purchase, and the circumstances of the order.

Contact customer service promptly

Include the order number, item name, a clear description of the problem, and photographs when they reasonably help document damage, quality, packaging, or an incorrect item.

1. Perishable products and quality concerns

Perishable, refrigerated, frozen, fresh-produce, meat, dairy, bakery, and prepared-food products cannot be returned to resale inventory. Report a freshness, temperature, spoilage, damage, or quality concern within 24 hours after pickup or delivery.

Keep the affected product and packaging until customer service provides instructions when doing so is safe. Do not consume a product that appears unsafe. The store may request photographs, label information, lot or expiration details, or other reasonable evidence needed to review the concern.

2. Incorrect, damaged, or missing items

Report an incorrect, damaged, or missing item within 48 hours after pickup, local delivery, or carrier delivery. Include the order number, affected item, and relevant photographs when available.

If a carrier-delivered package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the shipping package, label, packing materials, and affected products before discarding them. Keep the package and products until the store provides instructions when doing so is safe.

3. Eligible non-perishable returns

An eligible non-perishable product may be returned within 20 calendar days after purchase or delivery when it is unused, unopened, in its original undamaged packaging, in resalable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Examples may include qualifying shelf-stable grocery products, unopened household merchandise, and other non-perishable goods that are not excluded below. Eligibility is confirmed after the product is inspected.

4. Non-returnable products

Unless the product was incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise subject to rights provided by law, the following are not eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • Perishable, refrigerated, frozen, fresh, bakery, meat, dairy, or prepared-food products.
  • Opened food, beverages, supplements, personal-care products, cosmetics, hygiene products, or household chemicals.
  • Products that have been used, altered, washed, damaged after fulfillment, or separated from required packaging, labels, accessories, or parts.
  • Clearance, distressed, expired, post-season, or final-sale products when identified as such before purchase.
  • Special-order or personalized products obtained specifically at the customer’s request.
  • Gift cards or similar stored-value products, except when required by law.

5. How to request a return, replacement, or refund

Email marketthimar@gmail.com and include the order number, customer name, item name, reason for the request, and supporting photographs when applicable. A receipt or online order record is normally required.

Do not mail, deliver, or discard an item before receiving instructions. Submitting a request does not automatically approve a return or refund. The store will review the request, the product, and the available evidence, then provide the applicable next step.

6. Return delivery and shipping costs

When the store confirms that it supplied an incorrect, damaged, or defective eligible product, it will provide reasonable return or disposal instructions and will not require the customer to pay an additional return cost approved by the store.

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for safely returning the product to the store and for any carrier or transportation cost. Original pickup, local-delivery, or U.S.-shipping charges are not refundable unless the store failed to provide the applicable service, the charge was incorrect, or a refund is otherwise required by law.

7. Approved refunds, replacements, and processing

Depending on the circumstances and product availability, an approved resolution may be a replacement, refund, or another option accepted by the customer. A replacement or store credit will not be substituted for a required monetary refund without the customer’s agreement.

Approved monetary refunds are returned to the original payment method when available. Refunded merchandise taxes are included when applicable. Bank or payment-provider processing times may delay when the credit appears after the store issues it.

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions should be sent to marketthimar@gmail.com.
